If you are a fan of seafood and happen to have the opportunity to dine in Tela, Honduras, you have got to stop by Restaurante Lucas del Norte. Seafood is their specialty, and it is always served fresh!
The relaxed atmosphere lends itself to a pleasant dining experience. Since the seafood is really what you come here for, I suggest the seafood soup (it’s piled high with fresh seafood!) If you aren’t a fan of fish, I’ve heard that everything else is quite tasty as well, 
although I wouldn’t be able to tell you that from my own personal experience. Meals are less expensive than average, at less than US $10 for the food and drink.
Restaurante Lucas del Norte is located on block north (towards the beach) from Central Park. The address is 11a Calle NE at 5a Av NE (although you can just ask anybody; they will point you in the right direction)
They also sell books in a variety of languages, and have a book exchange. I was told they recently opened a guest house, but you would have to inquire within about that one.
